The latest highlight from our development department. Our High Boost shock charging manifold for mounting Garrett G-Series turbocharger on your 2.5L TFSI DAZA and DNW engine.

High end manifold for the EA855EVO engine that puts everything else to shame - Excellent throttle response and huge power outputs of over 1000hp are possible  with the right turbocharger.

The special feature of our manifold is the header from the 3D printer (Inconel 625 material). Perfect & seamless transitions with a thread for an exhaust gas temperature sensor. We designed the manifold specifically for the high quality Garrett G30 & G35.

The ductwork is adapted to the performance and flow optimized.

  • Latest CFD optimized exhaust manifold made from 1.4828 special steel
  • 3D printed header made of INCONEL 625
  • extremely light compared to standard stainless steel manifolds with only 4,5 Kg
  • The manifold has an extremely high quality finish and is made of the finest materials.

Attention:

In addition to a modified engine for this performance, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work such as on the intake, downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply and new software. The installation of performance-increasing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a performance-compliant condition to achieve the maximum possible performance.
